I am incredibly proud of all our club members and all our horses in their performances for February’s results. With the highest score being 68.04% and the lowest 60.9% that is absolutely amazing. For many of our club members they hadn’t even heard of Dressage, so these scores are just fantastics.

Our youngest rider Madison Norcliffe, 9 years old with a score of 61.9% starting her dressage season with Molly, and Amelia Birch , 11 years riding her favourite pony, Tommy, with a score of 65% are both exciting prospects for this coming Team. League and Individual competitions.

As a club, raising awareness of non visible disabilities, neurodiversity and health conditions is a passion of ours. This also extends to our horses. Barley has had a great month this February , partnering multiple members , for some great scores. He has great dressage ability, however, he is really unhappy in the collecting ring, the other horses unsettle him, making competing him dangerous for the rider, horse and anyone else sharing the collecting ring. Thanks to Dressage Addict, Barley is able to enjoy his dressage with many riders, showing all his ability, while everyone stays safe.

I am excited for March, looking forwards to Coaching all our members, riding and driving . Plus it’s a warm up for the League Team Event. So watch this space to keep up to date with our dressage campaign.
