Company Director / Chief Instructor

In the picture above we are competing with "MIDLANDS DRIVING TRIALS GROUP.  Luke is backstepping on the carriage for me.

When  I am either riding or Carriage driving , it is the only time that my brain registers ,that I'm pain free.  Born with Elhers Danlos Syndrrome and Spina Biffida Occulta, but not diagnosed until my late 30s has meant that my joints and spinal disks are badly damaged, now also with Cervical Myeopathy , I struggle with balance issues along with chronic pain.

Our clubs goal is to rise awareness of invisible disabilities and actively encourage our members to talk about them. To refer to them as "special abilities" So here are mine. Endometriosis, Fibromyalgia, Cervical Myelopathy, Functional Neurological Disorder, Anxiety /  Depression, Degenerative Disk Disease , Allergies to Dust, Onion, Garlic, Chives, Celery,  hay fever.

Company Director /  Support Worker

In the picture above, I am having a training session with Gemma Owens

Over the years I have under gone multiple major surgeries, each time that this has happened , simply feeling the support of the horses has helped me to recover.

Even though it might take awhile in order to ride again,  I'm positive that I will ride. My first goal is to get back to Carriage Driving, which I thoroughly enjoy , especially  competing  in our Club events.

My hidden abilities are Arthritis, Wet Macular Degeneration, Stomach Ulcers, Planar Fasciitis and I do make a great cuppa

Craig Pepper riding Jack

Yard Technician / Support Worker / G.O. Coach

I love working with horses, they don't judge you in any way and that helps me to feel calm.

Riding is a passion for me , training horses and riders gives me a feeling of achievement.  I'm able to share with other people ,the sport of horse riding and the fulfilment of interacting with them.

My "special ability"  is being an advocate for mental health.  I understand how mental heath effects everyone and that if its out of balance it can have a huge impact on your life.
